Unless otherwise indicated on the product page, in-stock orders received before 2 pm EST on a business day, are fulfilled the same day. If an order is received after 2 pm, it will ship the following business day.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

After your order ships (per the timing outlined in the above question), its arrival depends on which shipping option you selected at checkout.
If you insured your order with Route at checkout, you received a confirmation email from them with a link to file a shipping issue - please consult that email. If you did not insure your order with Route, please reach out to Customer Service.
